Sensible Spa Solutions solved two issues for me. An electrical short was tripping the breaker at inconsistent times. SSS replaced the circulation pump and the problem was solved. ACE system was not producing chlorine. SSS replaced the ACE cartridge and problem was solved. SSS went to bat for me by explaining situation to Hot Spring Corp and I received compensation for new ACE cartridge even though warranty had expired. I was extremely impressed by Marty and Ben.

Fantastic! After our spa sprung a leak, we decided to call Ben at Sensible Spas. Since we live on Upper Captiva, a bridgeless barrier island off the west coast of Florida, this was not a trivial job. Ben showed up on the island at the agreed upon time with his tools and spare parts. It took him less than half-an-hour to stop the leak by replacing a warped gasket with a new one. He was exceptionally courteous and professional.

This was a tough job, although it appeared that the replacement was successful, for some reason the system still kept going offline. The owner kept coming back (at no additional cost) until he realized that I had a faulty circuit in my electrical system as well. I’m talking nights, weekends — all at his expense until it was resolved. That’s dedication and service!
